Below are sample menus you can choose from. These menus can also serve as inspiration for ideas you would want to discuss as your menu is entirely customisable, tailored to your preferences. It can be whatever you want it to be.

French Sample Menu
First Course:
Confit de Canard
Shredded Confit Duck Salad served with a Port & Blackberry sauce.

Second Course:
Seabass
Pan fried Seabass, served on a medley of Greens with West African inspired Sauce Vierge.

Crepe Suzette
Crepes marinated in beurre suzette; a sauce of oranges and orange liqueur.
