French Sample Menu
Confit de Canard
Shredded Confit Duck Salad served with a Port & Blackberry sauce.
Pan fried Seabass, served on a medley of Greens with West African inspired Sauce Vierge.
Crepes marinated in beurre suzette; a sauce of oranges and orange liqueur.

A 4 course menu dive into popular Nigerian flavours.
Puff Puff Bun, herbed cream cheese, lumpfish caviar.
Duck Fat grilled Agege Bread, duck mince, cucumber, spring onion, hoisin.
Sirloin, Fondant Potato in Iru(Locust bean) Butter. Oak Smoked Tomato stew.
Chocolate Cake, Guinness Syrup, Milo chocolate mousse, Cherry, Hazelnut dentelle.
Italian Sample menu
Gnocchi Alfredo, Grana Padano, Pancetta, Fresh Basil.
Sage & Chicken
Herbed Chicken, finished with Sage & truffle sauce. Parmesan Mash. Tender stem Broccoli & Asparagus.
Deconstructed Tiramisu; Layers of Coffee soaked Fingers & Mascarpone, served with a Chocolate & Coffee syrup

Couscous salad with garlic and lemon dressing.
Salt and pepper vegetable spring rolls topped with guacamole.

2 -4 people - 3 Courses £450-£550 (Includes Complementary Cocktail/Mocktail - Kids Eat Free if 2 adults and 2 kids, price capped at £450)
5-10 people - 3 courses £750 - £1250
5-10 people - 7 course tasting menu £850 - £1500
