The 'Getaway Hire' is a multiple-day, all-inclusive service for clients who are travelling, going on a retreat or simply going away for the weekend/week, and require all aspects of food to be taken care of. This service has catered to Birthday getaways, Honeymoons, Family Christmas celebrations, even family reunions.
MENU PLANNING
The menu for the whole duration of the Getaway will be planned ahead of time and presented to the client. Depending on the location and surrounding suppliers, clients will have anywhere between 4-6 hours before meal time to request changes or additions. The menu can be completely customised to the preference of the client(s).

PANTRY STOCKING
Asides supplies for service delivery, the Chef will stock the pantry with other requirements provided by the client; snacks, juices, fruits, water, and such.

QUALITY PRODUCE
The local area is scouted for Local suppliers; Farms, to provide the client with rich local produce ranging from organic meats to cheese, and even local honey.

ON-CALL
This is an extra service that can be included in service delivery. The Chef (and staff) will be endeavour to lodge in the closest accommodation possible. The client has the benefit of an on-call service and can call upon the chef (and staff) to discuss menu changes or make requests.

Included in the service is also clean up and maintenance of the kitchen area of the premises. The Getaway service follows an informal meal setting, but can also accommodate the need for a formal dinner setting for special occasions during the Getaway
